The Pittsfield Housing Authority Housing Choice (Section 8) Waiting List is currently open Applicants whose gross income is within the guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are eligible to apply. Current Income Guidelines effective February 2008 Number in Household - Maximum Income 1 - $25,900 2 - $29,600 3 - $33,300 4 - $37,000 5 - $39,950 6 - $42,900 7 - $45,900 8 - $48,850 **How to Apply** Applications are taken by appointment only. These appointments will be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday. PHA will schedule appointments on a first come first serve basis. Preference will be given to those who live or work in Pittsfield. The web site will contain information about our developments, and how to participate in the programs we administer.
